These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at SweetPotatoHouse.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered on the Site, including sweet potato pie filling, whole sweet potato pies (available only in Colorado), and related products ("Products").

By accessing or using our Site and purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our Site and purchase Products.

• Sweet Potato Pie Filling & Related Items: We currently ship to customers located in the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
   
• Whole Sweet Potato Pies: Due to freshness and shipping limitations, whole pies are only available for delivery within the state of Colorado. Orders for whole pies from outside Colorado will be canceled and refunded.
   

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or delivery limitations.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather events. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Due to the perishable nature of our Products:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for food items.
   
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect or 24 hours after the estimated date of arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue at realsqweetpotatopie@gmail dot com
   

We reserve the right to issue 50% refunds or replacements at our discretion.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our Products, but do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Please read all ingredient labels carefully. Our Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.
